Job summary

Nessa is seeking a Breakfast Chef to lead the opening shift in the kitchen and set the tone for service with high-quality breakfast dishes. You will collaborate with senior chefs, own your station, and ensure a smooth start during busy morning hours.

The ideal candidate brings breakfast or early-service experience, solid culinary knowledge, and a strong focus on safety, hygiene, and organisation. This role requires flexibility for early starts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with breakfast or early-service experience.
• Solid knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and cooking methods.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks at once.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A willingness to learn.
• A team player who collaborates well with colleagues.
• Flexibility for early starts and shifts including weekends and holidays, as required.
