The Inn Collection Group is recruiting a Breakfast Chef for The Swan in Grasmere, Lake District. You will ensure presentation and attention to detail, taking full responsibility for your section before, during and after service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety and quality, ensuring proper labelling, storage and dating of all food stock in line with company policy and legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a breakfast chef or similar role
• Commitment to fresh food environments
• Adherence to high standards of food hygiene, safety and quality
