The Commercial Hotel is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. This pivotal role delivers high-quality breakfast dishes and supports prep for lunch and dinner, ensuring guests start their day well and our station runs smoothly from start to finish.

We pay a fair hourly wage higher than Government rates, with 10% service charges and tips retained by the team, plus additional perks including free meals on shift and wellbeing resources.

Qualifications

• Experience as a breakfast chef or in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to work mornings and contribute to lunch/dinner prep.
• Commitment to cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast dishes for guests.
• Set up and maintain your station at the start of each shift and clean down at the end.
• Assist with prep for lunch and dinner service and support the wider kitchen team.
