Job summary

Daniel Thwaites is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our family and help deliver warm hospitality through breakfast service. You will be responsible for producing high quality breakfast dishes from fresh ingredients and supporting the kitchen team, while ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

Ideally, you will have an eye for quality, experience with fresh ingredients and cooking from scratch.
Creativity welcomed; while we have recipes to follow, a flair for cooking is appreciated.
Pride in serving great quality food and drink in a welcoming, relaxed environment.

Responsibilities

Manage your time to ensure everything is ready for service.
Produce high quality breakfast items from fresh ingredients and support the kitchen team when needed.
Maintain the highest levels of hygiene and safety at all times.
Maintain areas of work and machinery.
Control the order and storage of food supplies.
Work as part of the kitchen team.
