L’ETO Group is hiring a Breakfast Chef for immediate start to join our Soho and Covent Garden teams. You’ll take charge of your section, work with fresh, seasonal ingredients, and assist the Chef De Cuisine and Sous Chef in delivering creative menus.

Qualifications

• Breakfast Chef with at least 1 year in a professional kitchen.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen handling fresh ingredients.
• Able to work a 50-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your section and ensure high standards.
• Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard using fresh ingredients.
• Collaborate with Chef De Cuisine and Sous Chef in menu execution.
• Support colleagues and maintain cleanliness and safety.
