Apex Hotels in Dunblane is looking for a Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality breakfast, lunch and dinner to our guests and ensuring consistency with our brand standards.

You will start with a structured 12-week learning journey, gain knowledge of our menus, and work collaboratively with the kitchen team to provide a warm, guest-focused dining experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience as Commis Chef or Demi Chef De Partie is essential.
• Experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is essential.
• Able to deliver excellent standards with initiative and attention to detail.
• Works well in a team and multi-tasking capacity.
• Knowledge of food safety and health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver breakfast, lunch and dinner to brand standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to maximise revenue through quality food.
• Be passionate about food and provide guest-focused experiences.
• Manage food supplies and purchases with date labelling processes.
• Adhere to food safety and health and safety guidelines.
