The Coach & Horses in Kew is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our team. We specialise in local, seasonal produce and our kitchen thrives on a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The role is ideal for a Chef de Partie or an ambitious Commis Chef who loves producing quality food. You will work alongside the Head Chef, help design new dishes for the menus, and maintain GP and labour controls while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef who has a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment.
• Demonstrate ability to work hands-on as Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor.
• Show you can design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
