Young's Duke of Wellington on Portobello Road is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a renowned kitchen team in a welcoming pub setting. You will help deliver a bespoke menu of freshly prepared meals to visitors, regulars and locals, supported by a passionate crew.

The role runs 8am–4pm, five days a week, focusing on breakfast, prep for service and lunch service with fellow chefs. Opportunities include internal chef development and apprenticeship schemes.

Formación

• We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step, who has a passion for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome.
• Willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrate creativity and ability by helping design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.

Responsabilidades

• Role runs 8am–4pm, 5 days per week, delivering the breakfast offer.
• Prepping for service and delivering lunch with the other chefs.
