Superb Opportunity

The Owners of this fantastic property are seeking a Breakfast Chef at a hotel situated at an upmarket holiday resort, in the beautiful Cumbrian Countryside. You will be required to work five days out of seven on a rota basis, totaling 40 hours a week. The hotel offers breakfast service for guests and visitors, consisting of a buffet and dishes cooked to order, using good quality fresh ingredients locally sourced.

Requirements:

An experienced Breakfast Chef who has spent time in a similar role in hotels previously, incorporating experience of cooking for large numbers using fresh ingredients, would be ideal for this role. It is important that all chefs applying for the role have the organisational skills needed to cope with large numbers of covers when working alone under pressure.
