The Swan Inn in Grasmere, Lake District, part of the Inn Collection Group, seeks a Breakfast Chef to join a kitchen that delivers high-quality breakfasts with a warm, welcoming service. You’ll be responsible for your section before, during, and after service, ensuring fresh, accurately stored ingredients and consistent presentation.

Ideal candidates are early risers with a passion for food and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in a breakfast/early-morning kitchen environment preferred.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety and quality.
• Ability to manage your section before, during and after service.
• Strong communication with kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfasts with focus on quality and consistency.
• Take responsibility for your section throughout service.
• Ensure correct storage, labelling and dating of all food stock.
