Job summary

The Mallard in Tidbury Green, part of Brunning & Price, is reopening after refurbishment and seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join the team. You’ll work from 8am to 3pm, including weekends, with basic pay up to £31,000 per year plus tips (tronc) paid into your bank.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in a busy kitchen.
• Experience as breakfast chef or chef de partie preferred.
• Ability to work 8am-3pm including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work across all areas of the kitchen, supporting Sous Chefs and Head Chef.
