About The Role

We are seeking a Demi Chef de Partie/Chef de Partie - Breakfast to join our award-winning kitchen team in our 3AA Rosette Road Hole Restaurant. You will prepare a variety of refined breakfast dishes using the finest Scottish produce, in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing all foods to culinary standards and forecasted quantities.
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensuring proper storage and temperature control of foods.
• Sanitizing utensils and equipment.
• Knowing and maintaining equipment safety standards.

To succeed, you should have:

• Solid knowledge of culinary terminology and techniques.
• SVQ 1 & 2 or MVQ or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Basic skills in breakfast cookery, fruit & vegetable prep, meat & fish.

Hours & Remuneration

Part Time / Full Time, 20-40 hours/week, shift 5am – 1:30pm.

Salary: FTE £27,950 - £30,700 DOE.
