2. Menu Development:
   • Assist in creating and updating breakfast, brunch, and salad menus.
3. Inventory Management:
   • Manage ingredient inventory and order supplies.
   • Ensure freshness and quality, minimize waste.
4. Kitchen Hygiene and Safety:
   • Maintain a clean kitchen.
   • Follow health and safety regulations.
5. Team Collaboration:
   • Work with kitchen staff.
   • Train junior staff as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong culinary and organizational skills.
