Classic Lodges Hotels is hiring a part-time Breakfast Chef for Farington Lodge Hotel in Leyland. Location: Farington Lodge Hotel

Employment Type: Part time 25-30 hours over 5 days

The Opportunity

Breakfast chef at Farington Lodge Hotel, start at 6.30am until 1pm with a 30 minute break, five days a week, may include some weekends. A great opportunity for a chef requiring regular shift pattern of work. Ideally would suit someone local. You will be required to prepare and cook full English breakfast, and some baking of cakes.

We believe in recruiting for potential as well as experience. Our ideal candidate will be required to be, have:

• Basic food hygiene certificate level 2 (can be completed on site at the hotel).
