Job summary

Bread Street Kitchen – Bishopsgate, part of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, seeks a Breakfast Chef to lead breakfast service in a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen. You will start early, deliver breakfast to order, and support lunch service in the larder while maintaining meticulous stock control and consistency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a breakfast chef within a quality high volume restaurant environment.
• Ability to work early mornings and deliver breakfast to order.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Deliver breakfast to order in a fast-paced kitchen and run breakfast shifts.
• Support lunch service in the larder and assist with stock control.

We are now looking for a Breakfast Chef to join the back of house team at Bread Street Kitchen – Bishopsgate.

As Breakfast Chef you must:

• Have experience of working in a fast paced kitchen delivering breakfast to order. You must be able to do early mornings
• You must have previous experience of running breakfast shifts with the ability to work under pressure ensuring the quality of food is of the highest level at all times
• You must be organized and have a keen eye for detail
• In addition you will support with lunch service working in the larder section and providing some stock control support
• A passion for food, a desire to learn and a keen interest in working with quality seasonal ingredients are essential attributes for a Chef within our kitchens
• Have proven teamwork skills with a can do professional approach to work

About You:

• Previous experience as a breakfast chef within a quality high volume restaurant environment
• Currently working in quality restaurants
• Passionate about fresh food with a desire to learn and work hard
• Keen to progress their career in a quality restaurant environment
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
