Next to the spectacular Swallow Falls on the Afon Llugwy, The Swallow Falls Inn, set to open in February 2025, offers the perfect base for exploring Snowdonia National Park. Located just two miles from Betws-y-Coed, this charming inn is surrounded by Gwydyr Forest and boasts 38 bedrooms and a 34-pitch campsite with glamping pods. With natural beauty, history, and adventure right on the doorstep, it’s an ideal spot to experience the majesty of the area.

A successful Chef candidate will be:

  • Aware that presentation and attention to detail is key.
  • A natural early riser, punctual and consistent.
  • Experienced in a similar role and fresh food environment, with a genuine commitment and passion for food, training and quality service.
  • Be able to deliver second-to-none, exceptional food service - taking full responsibility for your section before, during and after service.
  • Ensuring the safety, security and appropriate storage, labelling and dating of all food stock following appropriate legislation and company policy.
  • Be a team player with good communication, time-keeping and organisational skills.
  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
  • Following recipes and presentation specifications.

Your duties will include:
