Qualifications

• Experience as a breakfast chef in a busy kitchen is preferred.
• Strong kitchen organization and time management.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all breakfast mise-en-place before service.
• Cook dishes to match the menu and maintain consistency.
• Keep high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
