Job summary

Adolphus Group in Central London is seeking a Chef de Partie – Breakfast for a luxury hotel. You will lead the breakfast section, delivering high-end dishes with finesse while working with premium seasonal produce.

You will support senior chefs to uphold the brand’s world-renowned standards and bring creativity, organisation, and a can-do attitude to the morning shift. The role offers a 48-hour week, a salary of £35,000–£42,000 per year plus a service charge that can bring earnings up to £40,000
