Job summary

Duck & Waffle is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join its kitchen brigade and drive high standards of food preparation. The role focuses on station-based cooking, delivering items to specification within preset timelines and contributing to a strong team culture.

The ideal candidate will have breakfast-specific experience, excellent English communication, and a passion to learn and grow within the brand while maintaining recipes and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Breakfast Chef.
• Experience with a similar cuisine.
• Great English language communication skills with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards.

Your Requirements:

The primary responsibility of the Breakfast Chef is preparation of all food items at the station according to specifications and preset time limits. The Breakfast Chef must be able to follow all recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by the restaurant while coordinating the delivery of all foods within preset time standards. Assistance with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, coolers, and all storage areas is required.

As a Breakfast Chef we would love you to have:
