Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Breakfast Chef located in Bournemouth. The Breakfast Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes, ensuring the highest standards in food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Daily tasks include managing breakfast service and assisting with lunch preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, managing kitchen stock, and monitoring food safety and storage practices. Collaboration with kitchen staff is essential to create a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and cooking breakfast dishes, including knowledge of various breakfast recipes and cooking techniques
• Skills in food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring high-quality and consistency
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards, including maintaining kitchen cleanliness and proper food storage
• Ability to manage kitchen stock and inventory, ensuring efficient ordering and usage
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently
• Previous experience as a breakfast chef or similar role in a reputable establishment
