Job Responsibilities:

• Sets and clears tables. Stocks all service stations and assists food servers with table service.
• Clears dirty table settings and prepares tables for resetting.
• Resets all service ware as prescribed.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations.
• Serves guests beverages, breads, and butter to begin their dining experience.
• Transports all dirty tableware to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.

What will I be doing?

As a Busperson, you will be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations to deliver outstanding guest service and support the hotel's operations. Your tasks include:

• Preparing tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Ensuring tableware is in good condition and reporting defects.
• Stocking, maintaining, and cleaning designated food stations.
• Assisting food servers with table service, such as serving beverages and breads.
• Transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
