Sets and clears tables, stocks all service stations, assists food servers with table service, clears dirty table settings, prepares tables for resetting, resets all service ware as prescribed, maintains stock and cleanliness of stations, serves guests beverages, breads, and butter, and transports dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.

What will I be doing?

As a Busperson, you will be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations to ensure outstanding guest service and profitability. Your tasks will include:

• Setting and preparing tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Ensuring tableware is in good condition and reporting defects
• Stocking, maintaining, and cleaning designated food stations
• Assisting food servers with table service, such as serving beverages and breads
• Transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously
