A day in the life of…

As Breakfast Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for most guests. Your role involves welcoming guests from around the world with a friendly smile and providing exceptional service. You will collaborate with your team to ensure smooth and efficient shifts, delivering the best guest experience possible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take their orders professionally and courteously
• Ensure timely preparation and serving of food and beverages
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience
• Accurately handle payments via cash, card, or other methods
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
• Set up and clear tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
• Serve guests in conference and event areas
• Assist with room service orders as needed
• Provide outstanding customer service consistently
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager
