As a team member dedicated to great service, you’ll ensure every dish meets our standards while maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen. This vital role helps make each day better for our customers and team alike.

You will be responsible for

• Keeping kitchen equipment and utensils clean and organized.
• Serving customers efficiently and with care.
• Following food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining daily records.
• Practicing FIFO stock rotation to ensure food freshness.
• Accepting deliveries and storing food safely.
• Adhering to operational policies and procedures.
• Preparing, cooking, and serving food according to café standards.
• Maintaining product availability and quality.
• Knowing the menu thoroughly and serving food as intended.
• Resolving customer complaints and informing the Café Manager.
• Staying updated with business communications and initiatives.
