The Team Assistant (Brand Partnerships and Events) is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the brand partnerships team – from researching and identifying new opportunities to coordinating campaigns and maintaining relationships with brands, agencies, and talent. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of brand collaborations, while helping to drive growth and visibility for the agency’s talent.
The candidate must hold exceptional commercial skills with the ability to grow meaningful relationships. The successful applicant will be working within our unrivalled team to support our clients in reaching their full commercial potential, working with some of the biggest brands in the UK and globally.

Job Description And Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our dynamic Brand Partnerships and Events teams. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced marketing, talent management, or partnerships environment who thrives on organisation, communication, and delivering high-quality work across multiple projects. You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the team, helping to manage relationships, track deliverables, and contribute to the success of exciting brand campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Include
- Support the teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of campaigns and collaborations.
- Research potential brand and event partners that align with the agency’s talent and their audience demographics.
- Assist in identifying new partnership opportunities by analysing market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain and update the team’s database of brands, agencies, and key industry contacts.
- Pick up and manage inbound or outbound brand partnership opportunities with budgets up to £15,000 — primarily digital-only campaigns. Picking up booking agency partnership opportunities and event opportunities that are up to £5,000 in fees.
- Support outreach efforts by drafting introductory emails, partnership proposals, and target brand lists.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing high-quality pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for brand/ events collaborations.
- Support the negotiation process by gathering key information and tracking deal progress through to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., talent managers, legal, social) to ensure all partnership deliverables and timelines are met.
- Help manage communication between talent, brands, and agencies to ensure alignment throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Ensure talent receives clear and accurate details regarding campaign briefs, timelines, key messaging, and content guidelines.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and creative briefings between talent and brand partners.
- Track and monitor live campaigns to ensure all contractual obligations and brand guidelines are followed.
- Stay informed on market trends, emerging platforms, and industry developments to help shape future partnership strategies.
- Provide general administrative support including calendar coordination, expense tracking, and event logistics.

Essential Criteria
- Experience & Knowledge:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within brand partnerships, events, influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the digital and social media landscape, including content formats, platforms, and current trends.
- Familiarity with brand/talent partnerships and the campaign lifecycle from outreach to reporting.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Confident drafting proposals, pitch decks, and outreach emails.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) with the ability to present clear, professional materials.
- Commercially minded with an understanding of budget management and campaign value.
