Job Description

The Team Assistant (Brand Partnerships and Events) supports the day-to-day operations of the brand partnerships team, from researching and identifying new opportunities to coordinating campaigns and maintaining relationships with brands, agencies, and talent. This role is key to ensuring smooth execution of brand collaborations and driving growth and visibility for the agency’s talent.

The candidate must possess strong commercial skills and the ability to develop meaningful relationships. The successful applicant will work within our team to support clients in reaching their full commercial potential, collaborating with major brands both in the UK and globally.

Reports To: Esme Coyne, Meg Dutton (Brand Partnerships), Olivia Bertolotti (Head of Events and Corporate)

Role and Responsibilities

We seek a proactive, detail-oriented individual with at least 3 years of experience in marketing, talent management, or partnerships. Your role will involve supporting daily team operations, managing relationships, tracking deliverables, and contributing to successful brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting campaign planning, execution, and monitoring.
  2. Researching potential brand and event partners aligned with our talent and audience.
  3. Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
  4. Maintaining the team’s database of industry contacts.
  5. Managing inbound/outbound partnership opportunities with budgets up to £15,000 for digital campaigns and up to £5,000 for events.
  6. Drafting outreach emails, proposals, and target lists.
  7. Building and maintaining relationships with brands, agencies, and stakeholders.
  8. Preparing pitch decks and proposals for collaborations.
  9. Supporting negotiations and tracking deal progress.
  10. Coordinating with internal teams to meet deliverables and timelines.
  11. Managing communication between talent, brands, and agencies.
  12. Ensuring clear communication of campaign briefs, timelines, and content guidelines to talent.
  13. Scheduling meetings and creative briefings.
  14. Monitoring live campaigns to ensure contractual and brand compliance.
  15. Staying informed on industry trends to inform future strategies.
  16. Providing administrative support such as calendar management, expense tracking, and event logistics.

Personal Attributes and Requirements

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, commercially aware, proactive, and passionate about talent, media, and branding. Excellent communication skills, relationship management, and multitasking abilities are essential.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in brand partnerships, events, influencer marketing, or talent management.
  • Understanding of digital and social media landscapes.
  • Experience with campaign lifecycle management from outreach to reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Commercial awareness regarding budgets and campaign value.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in an agency or talent-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing tools and data platforms.
  • Existing network of industry contacts.
  • Experience managing smaller-scale digital campaigns independently.
