The Role

We’re seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager to develop and execute impactful collaborations with brands that enhance the Norton lifestyle. This role will influence how Norton presents itself globally—through authentic partnerships, co-branded campaigns, and experiences that resonate with riders everywhere.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue partnership opportunities across apparel, lifestyle, motorsport, technology, beverage, and related industries
  2. Manage end-to-end partner relationships—negotiation, execution, communication, and growth
  3. Collaborate with creative, product, events, and digital teams to activate partnerships (co-branded content, product drops, social media, sponsorships, etc.)
  4. Lead deal structuring, contract development, and budget management
  5. Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate partnership success, report performance, and optimize future efforts
  6. Stay informed on trends in motorcycle and lifestyle markets to keep the brand culturally relevant
  7. Represent Norton at events, trade shows, and industry meetups to build networks and identify opportunities

Qualifications

  1. 4+ years experience in brand partnerships, business development, or marketing
  2. Proven success in managing brand collaborations, with bonus points for lifestyle or motorsports experience
  3. Deep passion for motorcycles and the enthusiast community
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  5. Creative, business-savvy, and metrics-driven mindset
  6. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
