Job description

Job Title: Brand Partnerships Manager

Acast, a leading podcast marketplace since 2014, connects podcast creators, advertisers, and listeners globally. Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and listed on Nasdaq First North Premier, we operate across various platforms, monetizing over 100,000 podcasts with 400 million monthly listens.

We are seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager for our UK team, reporting to the Director of Brand Partnerships. This role focuses on activating multi-platform commercial partnership campaigns, primarily in long-form podcast audio, social, and video content, including occasional live events.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Activation: Oversee pre- and post-sign-off campaign activities, advise on feasibility, timelines, and costs, coordinate with creative teams, manage campaign budgets, and optimize campaign performance.
  2. Paid Social: Support development and implementation of paid social strategies across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Google, manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and analyze results to inform future strategies.
  3. Additional Responsibilities: Mentor team members, create case studies, and assist with internal resource updates.
Requirements
  • Experience in project and client management
  • Proficiency with paid Ads Managers (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn)
  • Strong understanding of social media channels
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Passion for audio, social media, or podcasting is a plus
