The Role
We are seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful collaborations with brands that align with and enhance the Norton lifestyle. This role is pivotal in shaping Norton’s presence through authentic partnerships, co-branded campaigns, and engaging experiences for riders worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities across apparel, lifestyle, motorsport, technology, beverage, and related industries.
- Manage end-to-end partner relationships, including negotiation, execution, communication, and growth.
- Collaborate with creative, product, events, and digital teams to activate partnerships (co-branded content, product launches, social media campaigns, sponsorships).
- Lead deal structuring, contract development, and budget management for partnership agreements.
- Establish KPIs to evaluate partnership success, generate performance reports, and optimize future collaborations.
- Stay informed on trends in motorcycle and lifestyle markets to keep the brand culturally relevant.
- Represent Norton at events, trade shows, and industry meetups to network and identify opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in brand partnerships, strategic alliances, business development, or marketing.
- Proven success in managing brand collaborations, preferably in lifestyle or motorsports sectors.
- Deep passion for motorcycles and enthusiast communities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Creative, business-savvy, and metrics-driven mindset.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
