Job description

Your Work


We’re looking for a strategic, commercial and execution-focused Head of Brand Partnerships & Operations to lead our Operations and Brand Partnerships teams. You’ll own the full brand side of the platform — from acquiring the best brands, negotiating strong commercials, managing the relationships, forecasting their volumes, purchasing inventory and ensuring seamless delivery via our third-party logistics (3PL) partner.


This role is ideal for someone who has a problem-solving background (e.g. consulting, internal strategy) and who has moved into more commercially focused roles, perhaps managing a P&L or owning key client relationships. The ideal candidate will be an experienced people manager who is comfortable coaching and mentoring a high potential team.


As Head of Brand Partnerships & Operations you will:



  • Lead a high performing team of 5 hungry and ambitious people

  • Continuously curate our suite of brand partners to ensure GetHarley offers the products both clinicians and customers need

  • Build and deepen strategic relationships with our brand partners to generate increasing shared value in the partnerships

  • Relentlessly manage GetHarley’s purchasing and margins to drive profitability

  • Own end-to-end fulfillment operations, including demand planning, procurement, and timely ordering of products

  • Manage the relationship with our 3PL warehouse and delivery partners to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery to customers

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial and Finance to improve customer and practitioner experience

  • Develop systems and processes that scale as we expand across geographies and product lines



Who we're looking for



  • 6+ years of experience in a high performance environment. Ideally a strong mix of problem solving and commercial experience.

  • Operations, supply chain, partnerships, or brand management experience is highly desirable — ideally in D2C, healthtech, or beauty/wellness sectors.

  • Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating with suppliers or brand partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and build scalable processes.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Passion for beauty, wellness, or health tech is a plus.
