GetHarley seeks a Head of Brand Partnerships & Operations to lead strategic brand relationships and operations. Your Work
We’re looking for a strategic, commercial and execution-focused Head of Brand Partnerships & Operations to lead our Operations and Brand Partnerships teams. You’ll own the full brand side of the platform — from acquiring the best brands, negotiating strong commercials, managing the relationships, forecasting their volumes, purchasing inventory and ensuring seamless delivery via our third-party logistics (3PL) partner.
This role is ideal for someone who has a problem-solving background (e.g. consulting, internal strategy) and who has moved into more commercially focused roles, perhaps managing a P&L or owning key client relationships. The ideal candidate will be an experienced people manager who is comfortable coaching and mentoring a high potential team.
