Job summary

The Crooked Billet in the Acorn Pubs family is undergoing a major transformation. We are building a brand-new kitchen and searching for passionate chefs to join from the start, shaping standards, systems and culture with the Head Chef.

You will lead a kitchen created from scratch, influence menus and help recruit and train the team to deliver generous, publishable pub dishes with consistency and pride.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering and hospitality at junior sous, sous, or kitchen manager level is essential.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team, drive the food culture and develop dishes that delight guests.

Responsibilities

About you...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude. Working alongside the Head Chef you'll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
