Job summary

Isle of Man Energy is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing and communications across its islands and operating brands. You will craft customer communications, manage digital channels, and help drive events, campaigns and reporting while ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a marketing, communications, content or digital role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proofreading ability.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
• Experience using website content management systems and email marketing platforms.
• Experience managing or creating content for business social media channels.
• Basic design capability using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Experience using analytics and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Aid planning, coordination and delivery of customer marketing campaigns across three islands.
• Assist with product launches, customer acquisition and retention activities and sales campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, schedules, assets, approvals and distribution.
• Produce and maintain sales collateral, case studies and other marketing materials.
• Write, edit and proofread content for websites, emails, social media and newsletters.
• Adapt content for different brands, audiences and local contexts.
• Maintain website content and support digital self-service initiatives.
• Support sponsorship, events and exhibitions coordination.
• Maintain content calendars, campaign plans and trackers and assist with budget tracking.
