Sage is looking for a Brand Marketing Assistant to support in-person campaigns, learning the purpose of activations and the audiences they target. You will help protect client brands and communicate brand messages clearly.
The role is full-time and on-site with a structured training program and regular feedback to help you grow within the team.
People remember a brand when the experience feels clear, relevant and human. This role puts you inside that experience, helping recognised organisations turn campaign messages into conversations that customers can understand and trust.
Sage is adding to its marketing team as new campaign activity grows. We are looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism and curiosity to live brand activation, whether that comes from university, retail, hospitality, events, customer service or a first step into marketing.
As a Brand Marketing Assistant, you will support in-person campaigns across consumer sectors. You will learn the purpose of each activation, the audience it is designed for and the standards that protect the client's brand.
Your training will cover brand representation, customer behaviour, audience engagement, presentation, market feedback and campaign performance. Coaching continues beyond onboarding, with regular feedback designed to improve your confidence, judgement and campaign knowledge.
This is a full-time, on-site position with a Monday to Friday schedule. The package includes guaranteed base pay and additional performance incentives. The exact base figure and pay frequency will be confirmed during the selection process.
You do not need previous marketing experience. You do need to enjoy meeting people, communicate clearly and take pride in representing another organisation well. Strong candidates are dependable, receptive to feedback and able to remain organised in a busy campaign environment.
As you grow, there may be opportunities to help with campaign coordination, support new team members and move towards training or leadership responsibilities. Progress depends on consistency, capability and the needs of the business.
If you want practical marketing experience and a team that takes your development seriously, apply through LinkedIn with your current CV to be considered for the next stage.
