Zedwell is a new kind of hotel — one designed for calm, clarity, and quality sleep in the heart of chaotic cities. We’re minimalist by design, with a focus on space efficiency, self-service technology, and brand values that support well-being and peace of mind.
Our vision is strong, but our brand expression and guest communications haven’t kept up. As we scale from 4 to 15 hotels, we need a Brand Manager who can bring focus, clarity, and consistency to our brand — so guests understand who we are, feel what we stand for, and want to come back.
Role Purpose
The Brand Manager will define and maintain a unified brand identity for Zedwell across physical, digital, and experiential touchpoints. This person will own our tone of voice, visual identity, brand standards, and guest-facing communication — turning an under-explained minimalist concept into a desirable lifestyle experience.
They’ll work closely with operations, marketing, design, and technology to ensure the Zedwell brand is clear, consistent, and scalable — across current properties and all new openings.
