About The Role

You will support the team at the forefront of strategic execution and product delivery within a FTSE10 company. Our dynamic, ownership-driven culture will bring out the best in you every day.

Your focus will be on driving market growth by leading the execution of brand marketing plans for a category, aligned with the country’s commercial strategy as set by the Area.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Achieving financial and market share targets for a brand or category.
  • Managing marketing for one brand with responsibility for activation of central Powerbrand plans.
  • Collaborating across functions including Area, supply, sales, and finance to develop and execute successful commercial plans.
  • Developing and activating initiatives for local brands, including new product development, and consumer and shopper communications.
  • Proposing business development initiatives based on consumer, shopper, and market insights.
  • Supporting trade marketing in store-format activation plans and promotional strategies.
  • Assisting sales in creating customer presentations and meeting requirements.
  • Managing local brand portfolios, developing brand plans, product initiatives, communication plans, and implementing e-commerce strategies to boost brand reach and growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in brand marketing
  • Experience developing 360 campaigns across traditional and digital media
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus but not required
  • Experience with digital marketing and online campaign management
