Job summary

AllSaints Colchester is seeking a Partner Brand Leader (FTC) to head the Fenwicks concession. You will coach and motivate the team, deliver the AllSaints experience, and own the customer journey in-store.

You will partner with the host-store, plan floor sets, monitor financial targets, and use reporting tools to spot opportunities and risks. We expect strong leadership, fashion passion, relationship skills, and a drive to achieve ambitious sales while upholding our brand values.

Responsibilities

• Equip team with product knowledge and brand strategies to deliver inspiring customer experience.
• Develop strong host store relationships to elevate the brand.
• Lead annual appraisals and set development objectives for each member.
• Plan and deliver monthly floor sets and promote new collections.
• Use reporting tools to monitor customer journey and act quickly on risks.
• Ensure floor and styling teams present a premium, brand-aligned display.
