Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a fixed-term contract (12 months) Brand Elevation Visual Merchandiser to lead in-store presentation and elevate brand image. You will coach the store sales team, partner with Store and Line Manager, and drive seasonal changes in windows, deco, and fixtures.

Role requires travel to multiple store locations, ongoing coaching on the floor, and collaboration with Brand and Marketing for events in-store and centre takeovers.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to multiple store locations along with working evenings, nightshifts etc. depending on the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan space and floorplans and collaborate with Store and Line Manager to gain sign off.
• Manage and implement seasonal change-over including; windows, deco, rigging, styling, fixtures, wall bays.
• Ensure the store reflects the latest product presentation guidelines.
• Enhance the customer journey in store, ensuring both art and commerce are balanced and consider local market implications.
• Ensure fixtures, deco, rigging and signage is fit for purpose and reporting anything that is damaged and need replacing.
• Support Brand and Marketing with creative elevation and implementation, for events in store and centre take overs.
• Deliver SVRs for key seasonal installs. Aligning with Line Manager on content, timing and audience.
