Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to elevate brand presentation across stores in the region. You will partner with Store and Line Managers to plan spaces, execute seasonal changes, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines, while coaching in-store teams to deliver excellence.

Role requires strong analytical skills, leadership ability and willingness to travel to multiple locations, including evenings or night shifts as needed to support promotions and events.

Qualifications

• 3 full strategic cycles of VM experience in apparel.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations and work evenings/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan space and floorplans with Store and Line Manager.
• Manage seasonal change-overs including windows, deco, rigging, styling, fixtures.
• Ensure the store reflects the latest product presentation guidelines.
• Train in-store staff on brand image standards.
