Job summary

Ralph Lauren in the United Kingdom is seeking a seasoned Visual Merchandiser to elevate brand image across stores, coach the sales team, and partner with Brand Image leadership. This role balances art and commerce, driving seasonal storytelling and in-store experiences aligned with RL guidelines.

You will collaborate with Store Managers and Line Managers, delivering trainings and overseeing installations to maintain premium presentation standards.

Qualifications

• 3 full strategic cycles of VM experience within apparel.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven leadership and training delivery experience.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations and work evenings/night shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan space and floorplans with Store/Line Manager, gain sign-off.
• Execute seasonal changes including windows, decor, rigging, styling and fixtures.
• Ensure store reflects latest presentation guidelines and balances art with commerce.
• Coach store sales teams and deliver seasonal trainings.
• Provide weekly updates on implementation, successes and challenges to Brand Image Manager.
• Collaborate to elevate brand image and support events in-store and center takeovers.
• Review SVRs for seasonal installs and align content/timing with management.
