Job summary

Whyte and Mackay is seeking a Brand Home Guide for Jura Distillery to welcome visitors, lead tours, and host tastings, ensuring an authentic Jura experience. The role supports the Brand Home team with shop duties and guest engagement at the Jura Lodge.

We welcome candidates with retail or public-facing experience and an interest in whisky. Flexible on full-time or part-time, permanent or contract, with strong team collaboration and safety on-site.

Qualifications

• Some previous retail experience is preferred.
• Experience working with the public is preferred.
• Interest in whisky is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver high levels of service.
• Lead engaging tours highlighting brand, process, history and products.
• Provide tastings of Jura whiskies to visitors and guests.
• Maintain shop displays and keep stock clean and presentable.
• Uphold H&S standards and support Jura Lodge duties.
