Job summary

PZ Cussons is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager in Manchester to help shape the growth of Original Source, Childs Farm or Cussons. You will translate brand strategy into marketing activity, supporting integrated campaigns and shopper activation that grow market share.

You’ll work with a close-knit brand team to combine consumer insight, commercial thinking and creativity, transforming ideas into action within UK markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing or brand management, with campaigns from planning to delivery.
• Ability to use market research and consumer insights to spot opportunities.
• Strong project management and organisation, handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver parts of the brand’s 12-month growth plan to strengthen equity and grow market share.
• Bring campaigns to life across channels with consistent experiences that engage consumers and drive sales.
• Develop brand communications, in-store execution, and shopper plans to boost visibility and memorability.
• Build understanding of the brand P&L, and monthly reporting and KPIs to ground decisions in performance.
• Protect brand positioning while briefing agencies and supporting digital channels and customer journeys.
