Job summary

HOKA in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver personalized shopping experiences and educate customers about the HOKA Brand and its products. You will act as a HOKA Expert, staying up-to-date on products and technologies, and ensuring customer questions are answered with enthusiasm and accuracy.

You will assist management with daily tasks, handle the cash register, manage inventory, and keep the store clean and merchandised to Brand standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences educating customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Stay current on all products and technologies as a HOKA Expert.
• Engage with customers to address questions and promote the brand.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised to Brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock and break area; perform daily cleaning tasks.
