You will contribute to training, scheduling, and executing events while maintaining product knowledge and a guest-first mindset across the store.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a people manager in a Retail environment.
• Agility and flexibility to meet the needs of the business during peak times.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to develop team members and achieve revenue goals.
