Job summary

Clarks is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to provide an excellent consumer experience in-store while meeting set targets. You will actively sell shoes and accessories and stay up to date on product knowledge to help customers.

Join a team focused on delivering a premium brand experience, with shifts including weekends and holidays. You will help maintain high retail standards both front and back of house, and contribute to overall store success.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a great brand experience in-store.
• Ability to drive sales while maintaining high retail standards.
• Knowledge of product lines and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
