Renault Retail Group UK Ltd. Battersea rnlt London is seeking a Brand Ambassador on a part-time fixed-term contract through 31 December 2026.

The role involves welcoming visitors, helping them explore Renault's electric and hybrid models, and supporting merchandise and store operations in a busy showroom.

Hours are 20 per week with Tue-Fri and weekend shifts; pro-rata salary is £15,000 with pro-rated OTE £21,000 and occasional overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Calm, organised approach and ability to prioritise during busy periods.
• Comfort with Google, Apple and Android ecosystems.
• Experience in merchandise operations such as stock checks and display support.
• Friendly communication aligned with Renault's brand.
• Attention to detail across stock, payments and customer information.
• Flexible to work weekday/weekend pattern.
• Residence within easy reach of Battersea Power Station.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and support them in exploring Renault's latest electric and hybrid models.
• Demonstrate in-car technology, including Google-powered infotainment, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
• Support customers using rnlt's digital and AR/QR displays.
• Assist customers with Renault Originals merchandise range.
• Support merchandise operations including stock checks, replenishment, display updates, item retrieval and customer transactions.
• Maintain stock integrity, protect display items during busy periods and prepare 'sold' labels when needed.
• Maintain store supervision, keep customers informed when stepping away from the main retail area, and process payments and product orders.
• Support test-drive enquiries, bookings and ID checks.
• Support occasional in-store events, vehicle launches and promotional activities that help bring the Renault brand to life for visitors.
