Renault Retail Group on Battersea Power Station in London is seeking a Brand Ambassador for rnlt London Battersea. The role is part-time (20 hours/week) on a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026, with a pro-rata salary of £15,000 and OTE £21,000, pro-rata.

You will welcome visitors, demonstrate Renault technology, support merchandise operations and process payments, while helping with events and promotions in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing environments.
• Calm, organised approach to busy periods.
• Comfort with Google/Apple/Android ecosystems.
• Experience with stock checks, click-and-collect or display support.
• Friendly, grounded communication aligned with Renault brand.
• Attention to detail across stock, payments and customer information.
• Ability to work weekdays and weekends as pattern requires.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and help explore Renault models and merchandise.
• Demonstrate in-car technology and digital displays.
• Support merchandise operations including stock checks and replenishment.
• Assist with customer transactions and order processing.
• Support test-drive enquiries and bookings.
• Contribute to in-store events and promotions.
• Maintain display integrity during busy periods.
