Sweaty Betty is seeking a customer‑focused retail teammate to deliver authentic service, meet sales targets and build rapport with every visitor in our West of England stores.

You'll uphold store standards, contribute to visual merchandising, manage deliveries and stock, and promote upcoming collections while collecting customer data to fuel loyalty. A positive, professional attitude and enthusiasm to learn are essential for success in a fast-paced, brand‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards -maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
