Job summary

The Health and Care Professions Council is seeking a Digital Communications Officer to shape our refreshed brand across web, graphics, documents and video. You’ll craft engaging content and use analytics to improve the user experience, collaborating across channels including website, email and social media.

You’ll bring a mix of content design and editing, with experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and CMS, and a digital media background.

Qualifications

Created content for multiple channels (web, email, social, intranet).
Managed end-to-end content production from briefing to publication.
Used analytics to improve content performance and UX.

Responsibilities

Create content across web, graphics, documents and video in line with brand.
Analyse channel performance and optimise user experience using analytics tools.
Support day-to-day operations of digital channels including website and campaigns.
Develop user personas and journeys to align content with brand and accessibility standards.
Support SEO and GEO through well-structured content and formats.
Collaborate with external suppliers for accessible formats like braille or audio.
