Bain and Gray is seeking a proactive, creatively minded assistant for the founder's private office in London. The role blends creative work with personal support, with roughly 70% creative tasks and 30% PA duties.

You will manage diaries and travel while contributing to consumer research, social media, events, and packaging concepts. Strong Adobe CS skills and organisation are essential for juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent with Adobe Creative Suite and able to manage multiple creative projects.
• Highly organised with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in creative projects or branding work plus PA/support responsibilities.
• Based in London; Monday–Friday in Victoria offices.

Responsibilities

• Manage diaries and travel arrangements for the founder.
• Contribute to creative projects across consumer research, social media, marketing, events, design and packaging.
• Support the founder with project coordination and creative execution.
• Collaborate with an experienced EA to handle day-to-day tasks while focusing on ideation.
