We are looking for an experienced Social Worker ready for a new challenge. Our dedicated Practice Managers team is proud and passionate, and we seek someone new to join us.

Your role will involve supporting teams in managing workloads in line with the Care Act, providing advice, maintaining high professional standards, and supervising staff development.

As a Practice Manager, you'll model and utilize critical reflective skills to enhance practice quality. Our Social Workers support individuals in developing creative solutions to meet their goals.

You will have the opportunity to:

You will have:

  • A Professional Social Work qualification and PQ Award with significant practice experience
  • Qualifications as a Practice Educator/Best Interest Assessor or Approved Mental Health Professional
  • Previous managerial or practice lead experience
  • Knowledge of current legislation and statutory requirements, with awareness of future changes
  • Ability to support assessment and care policies for vulnerable adults
  • Positive staff support and development skills, including coaching and mentoring
  • A proactive approach to research and professional practice improvement
  • Ability to challenge practice constructively and promote creative solutions
  • Foster a positive learning culture and encourage information sharing
  • Ability to adapt to change positively, engaging and motivating staff through transitions
  • Confidence, energy, enthusiasm, sensitivity, and resilience
  • A self-motivated passion to make a difference in adult social care
  • Resilience and effective stress management skills
